Dwight leads client engagements in building inclusive talent practices, forming new targeted hiring programs, and changing internal practices to increase economic equity through employment. Dwight has more than 30 years of executive experience in both corporate and nonprofit environments, with a focus on strengthening families. Prior to joining the Grads of Life team, he was a national site director at Year Up, where he was responsible for West Coast operations.
Prior to joining Year Up, Dwight served as the vice president of strategy, operations and technology at LifeMoves, an agency in the Bay Area focused on rapidly retuning people to stable housing from homelessness. In his corporate leadership experience at Hewlett-Packard of almost 30 years, his roles spanned global account management, where he leveraged services to meet the demands of HP’s corporate clients. Dwight’s “why” is focused on economic justice and equity for young professionals of color that have the talent but need an opportunity to access high-growth careers.
Dwight is a graduate of Columbia University in New York, with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
