Amy Stillman was the Chief Communications Officer of the Global Impact Investing Network, an international non-profit working with financial institutions to increase the amount of investment capital going to social and environmental businesses around the world. Prior to that, she was Director of Communications and Policy at the UK’s leading venture philanthropy organization, the Impetus Trust.
She was previously the Head of Communications and Public Engagement at Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO). From 1999 – 2007, she was Marketing Director at global leadership development organization Common Purpose. Her background also includes senior marketing and communications roles at commercial organizations, including Merrill Lynch and WATG, as well as marketing consultancy The Commonwealth Group.
Amy spent 26 years in London before returning to the United States in 2014, and currently lives in Boston.
